The San Pasqual Band of Indians is a federally recognized Tribal Government. As a federally government entity, the Tribe has jurisdiction and is responsible for the protection of all Tribal resources on the Reservation. The Environmental Protection and Compliance Department works to keep our Tribe in compliance with all federal environmental laws and regulations. We help monitor and manage the environmental health and quality of the Reservation; this includes surface and ground water quality testing, managing solid waste, native plant restoration, erosion control, and illegal dump cleanup and many other important environmental duties throughout the San Pasqual Reservation.
